Randy's Aquaria has been designed to take advantage of modern browsers and modern coding features. Both of these offer great benefits to both the web developer and to the user.

However, older browsers (such as Netscape 4. and to some extent Explorer 4) cannot handle many of these newer features. Those on the cutting edge of web design have decided that enough people have moved to the newer browsers so that they start using the newer features instead of just talking about them. Randy's Aquaria is joining them.

If you have one of these older browsers, you should still be able to read most of the content, but the pages will not look much like they were intended to look. I encourage you to upgrade your browser -- not just to view this site, but to enhance your ability to view the ever-growing number of sites that are redesigning web pages to modern features.
